We implemented a streamlined system containing all the HR applications World Rugby needed to stay at the top of its game.

From recruitment to performance management to succession planning, the entire lifecycle of an employee was made manageable within one system.
The Result
Our solution ensured reduced costs for the future. Rather than subscribing to multiple programs over a long term, all HR tasks could be handled within one application. This in turn increased process efficiency (e.g. payroll and expenses) and reduced the time spent by managers performing administrative tasks.

Each staff member has access to their own portal which enables them to manage their expenses, holidays and personal development.
